The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ink.company
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to https://ink.company, accessible from https://ink.company
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were received by the customer in the last 7 days.
- The goods are available with the original packaging.
- You have an unboxing video showing that the product was delivered in a damaged condition or is not what was ordered.
- In case, you do not have an unboxing video, the discretion to accept damaged products would rest with us ie. Ink.Company.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods is made as mentioned on the website without any defect or quality issues.
- Goods which have been worn or used or washed etc and the marks of the same are clearly visible on the product.
- The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to our company address mentioned below or as shared by our team when you connect with us for returns.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Refund of Amount
Once the goods returned have been received by us, the company will take upto 2 working days to determine the validity of the return of the product. Once the return is accepted by the company, the client has the option to:
- Choose a product of their choice from our available products. The difference in the prices of the products will have to be borne by the customer.
- Get a refund, where eligible, to be processed in upto 5 working days to their original method of payment as available through the payment gateway.
- Where the amount can't be refunded to the original method of payment through the payment gateway, someone from the team would connect with the client to arrange for an alternative mode of refund.
