How long does it take to deliver an order?

Estimated Order Processing Time:

Every Product is processed within 24 Working hours of receiving/confirmation of the order. That means, the package is ready to ship in that time frame and the shipping partners are informed about the same. However, the actual pickup & delivery duration depends hugely on the courier partner and once the package is picked up from us, deliverydepends upon them.

Estimated Order Delivery Time:

Metro Cities: 5 to 7 Business Days
Rest Of India: 5 to 10 Business Days

Kindly note that these are estimated durations but a lot depends upon the courier partners chosen and their service status as mentioned in the above paragraphs too.

However, we do try to provide clear communication and coordinate as much as possible with the courier partners as possible and available.

Can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we start offering such a service and your area pincode is serviceable, we would definitely update it on our website.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

YES. Shipping is free for prepaid orders.

For COD: There is limited availability of COD based on various factors. We provide COD - Cash on Delivery services through our Delivery Partners who charge us extra for COD.

Before we process COD orders, one of our team members would be in touch with you to confirm your order to avoid any hassles to any of us. Unless COD orders are manually verified, we are unable to process the orders.

If offered, COD Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 1,500/- It will be chargeable as per the charges of our delivery partners for orders till Rs. 1,500/- .

What if my order says delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your order is marked delivered by our delivery partners and shows the same in your account on our website/delivery partner website, it may have been delivered to your address and may have been received by some person at your address. If you still can't locate the order, kindly mail us on cs@ink.company & we'll be happy to assist you.

How to track my order?

Go to the homepage and click on "Track Order" on the top left corner.

What to do if my order is undelivered OR returned to origin?

In case your order is undelivered because of a delivery issue & you still want it, track it & check the status. If there is a local deivery partner's number listed on their website, you may connect with them directly. Our partners usually try to connect with you at the time of delivery through a phone call with you, and before being marked as undeliverable, multiple attempts are usually made. However, if it has been marked for return, You can mail us on cs@ink.company & we'll try to reschedule the delivery through our delivery partners.
